ደንብ ቁጥር ፻፲፱/፪ሺ፲፫ የአዲስ አበባ ከተማ አስተዳደር የወጣቶች ስብዕና መገንቢያ ማዕከላት እንደገና ማቋቋሚያ ደንብ የከተማው ወጣቶች ከተለያዩ ማሕበራዊ፣ ኢኮኖሚያዊና ፖለቲካዊ ችግሮች ተላቀው በከተማውና በአገራዊ ሁለገብ ልማት ንቁ ተሳታፊና ተጠቃሚ እንዲሆኑ ለማስቻል የወጣቶች ስብዕና መገንቢያ ማዕከላት ጉልህ አስተዋፅኦ እንዳላቸው በመታመኑ፤ ማዕከላቱ ወጣቶች በአካል፤ በአዕምሮ እና በስነ ልቦና ራሳቸውን የሚያጎለብቱበት፣ በእረፍት ጊዜያቸው የሚዝናኑበት ቦታ ማልማትና እና የበጎ አድራጎት ስራ እንዲስፋፋ ማድረግ በማስፈለጉ፤ CONTENT Addis Ababa city Cabinet Regulation No. 119/2021 The Addis Ababa City Government Youth Personality Enrichment Centers Re Establishment Regulation Page----------------------------------2224 REGULATION NO. 119/2021 THE ADDIS ABABA CITY GOVERNMENT YOUTH PERSONALITY ENRICHMENT CENTERS RE ESTABLISHMENT REGULATION WHEREAS, it has been considered that the youth personality enrichment centers have a paramount importance to enable the youth to actively participate in the comprehensive development endeavors of the city and the country as well as to help them benefit from the thereof through tackling the various social, economic and political problems of the youth of the city; WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the centers where the youth develop themselves physically, mentally and psychologically and entertain themselves in their leisure time as well as to promote volunteerism;
